OMAX recommends using an ultrasonic cleaner weekly to clean nozzles and orifices to keep them free of buildup that can affect the cutting stream. When used with plain white vinegar (purchased from local grocery store) the high frequency vibration safely removes mineral and water scale deposits from the orifice and nozzle. This will prolong mixing tube and nozzle life.
*Be sure to remove any O-rings before using the ultrasonic cleaner.
