The shear screws on the A-Jet are designed to break away and reduce damage to other critical components inside the A-Jet assembly. These shear screws need to be replaced whenever damaged or once the machine faults due to a head crash. Replacing these bolts MAY NOT fix the damage to the A-Jet. All 3 shear screws must be replaced if any are damaged. The machine may experience an extreme run-out if a shear screw is damaged. 3 each p/n 203927 will also be needed for the replacement process.
***Shear screw repairs/replacement performed by the customer or other non-OMAX authorized service personnel will void the A-Jet warranty unless conducting repairs under the directed instructions of an Omax Phone Technician ***
